If you need help with one of our applications, you’re welcome to contact us directly, or get involved with the community of users who drink the CocoaBots kool-aid at The CocoaBots Support Site. We also make chirpy updating noises on twitter — follow @thecocoabots if you’re into that kind of thing.

Frequently Asked Questions

I can't find my license code — how can I find it again?

If you’ve lost or misplaced your license code, please enter the email address you used when buying your license into our license retrieval page. If you can’t remember which address you used, we can look it up for you – just drop the ‘Bots a line.

I haven’t received my license code

License codes are sent once your purchase is confirmed by PayPal, so if you haven’t received it within an hour or so, please check your junk mail folder. If it’s not there, you can try the license code lookup (see above), or contact us with the details of your order and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

How many Macs can I use your apps on if I buy a license?

Our licenses are tied to an individual. You're welcome to use your license within your account on the Macs you have access to (i.e. your laptop and your desktop), but you can't use the same license for other people's accounts on the same machines.

Do I have to pay for updates to the apps I buy from you?

Upgrades between minor point releases (i.e. version 1.0 to version 1.1) are free, but you'll need to pay for major updates (i.e. version 1.x to version 2.x).
